Highly qualified foundry specialists head our departments of Production, Method Design, Metallurgical Laboratory, Quality Assurance and Inspection. They are guided by a set of experienced consultants who are experts in their respective field and have hands on industry experience for decades.

We have a qualified, well trained, and dedicated work force, supported by competent Technicians and Engineers committed to quality in every aspect. Our present team strength includes 1,500 employees.

With our strong presence in domestic and global Steel Industry our business confidence have grown manifold under the able guidance of our Managing Director, Mr. M. Ravichandhiran and his team members.

Mr. M. Ravichandhiran - Promoter, Managing Director, Sri Padmabalaji Group of Companies, aged 47 years is the main in Limelight for the successful implementation of the business functions of Sri Padmabalaji Group of Companies. He has done his Masters Degree in Commerce from Madras University and began his career in Steel Industries and obtained 25 years of rich experience in the foundry and Steel Industry. He has obtained excellent practical knowledge in handling the core issues of Material Procurements, Finance and Accounting areas. On the strength of his valuable expertise in the field, Mr. M. Ravichandhiran floated Sri Padmabalaji Group in the year 1995. With the span of within 14 years, he started another 5 Industries and at present Sri Padmabalaji Group having 6 Units under his belt. This speaks the tremendous involvement and dedication of the promoter Mr. M. Ravichandhiran.

Our Steel Castings Division at Annur, TMT & MS Ingot Division at Karaikal, MS Ingot Divisions at Kanjicode and Pudukkottai, Re-rolling Mill Division at Coimbatore and Ferro Alloys Division at Karaikal, Pondicherry are headed by well qualified and highly skilled professionals. Out of 1,500 employees, many are with our group from the inception and shouldering for the continuous growth of the company.

The process, the equipment and the people function as an integrated unit, to produce the very best, every time, consistently. We also have motivational and development programme continuously for the welfare of our people.
